Me and two other guys are in this process right now. We have high hopes and small goals.

I'm sending them to this read right now.
I hope the best for SHRED.

I completely agree Brandon down the road you have to make those decisions and so forth. You can't run a company by yourself and outsourcing is a good way to portion out the work. But also you want to keep in mind that you know exactly what you expect/want and you don't want to sacrifice that for the sake of saving a few dollars and outsourcing as well. This is your name on it, especially something like a clothing line where presentation and YOUR NAME is what it comes down too a lot of times. But once again there is many forms of outsourcing and this could be an on going conversation but very good points you brought up!

I would agree with 99% of this. I definitely agree with handling things one at a time (especially in the beginning). However, it's also important to mention that people need to make sure the process STAYS fun. Most entrepreneurs fail because they start to get weak in certain departments of their company (agreeing on how you shouldn't spread yourself too thin...), and they get weak or slack off in certain areas because they are getting burnt out! Do not be afraid to outsource... It's key in some situations because you need to make sure you're not "paying yourself too much". If you value your time at $15/hr and you could pay someone $8-10/hr to do a task, then do it. If you're truly passionate about an idea, then your time is more valuable elsewhere...

Love the post!
