Hey, Im using inkjet printing method for my shirts and the printing is fine. The only problem is that the transfers dont stay on the t-shirts for more than a few hours because their corners start comming off. I need some help. I dont know whether I should start using plastisol transfers because I dont know if they will stick really good. Or if i should get some glue or something to make the screen printing more sticky so it can stay on the t-shirts. PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello,

First time poster, long time lurker...lol.

I wonder if you could speak to the cost of these two methods.

If plastisol is the same as screenprinting with the exception that one is printed to a tee and another to transfer paper, is cost the only difference.

Understanding that certain transfers may not hold up in the wash, is the print quality about the same in general?

I am currently working on a line and working on a business/action plan and am at a crossroad as to whether to outsource to a plastisol printer and press myself or to outsource the whole deal.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer.

Mykl

I wonder if you could speak to the cost of these two methods.

If plastisol is the same as screenprinting with the exception that one is printed to a tee and another to transfer paper, is cost the only difference.

Understanding that certain transfers may not hold up in the wash, is the print quality about the same in general?

I am currently working on a line and working on a business/action plan and am at a crossroad as to whether to outsource to a plastisol printer and press myself or to outsource the whole deal.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can offer.

i don't know where to post all my questions: What do you call the paper transfer that you use for the printer, Any inkjet printer works? Do you need special ink or regular printer ink works? instead of a heat press, Can i use a regular iron for press? How much money do I need for start up. Do i need a bank loan, Do i need a EIn or business license if I'm opening up a store? but just sell it on the internet?
